We've tried getting in touch with the staff at "No Mercy Music", "Immortal Records", "Fuck the Weak Magazine" with no result. They asked us if we were interested in being on their compilation CD, which would cost us $50. We paid them and waited and nothing happened. After sending lots of mails to them, they replied and said they were sorry and bla bla bla, "You'll have your CD's and Magazines within a month...". Yeah right!!!! It's been over a year since we paid them, and we've had enough!!!!!!!!!!!

Arthur is away for about three weeks now due to some family problems, but should be back this weekend.
He'll most surely get back to you with all informations.
The whole magazine and CD comp will be finally out in June. There were some delays caused by problems with our CD manufacturer, but since we've finally found the new (and hopefully more solid company) things should go a lot faster now. Again, I'm sorry for all inconvenience and promise that you'll get your promised part of stuff as soon as it's ready.

First of I'm deeply sorry about delay that occured, believe me!
Anyway, the discs are ready but unfortunately the guy who did mastering of the whole CD comp mistaken the order of some songs and right now we're waiting for the new pressing of covers with the right order of songs.
We have promised to get them in about 2 coming weeks, so I'm really looking forward to finally put this thing together. Anyway, we'll give you more free copies of this as a compensation, that's for sure.

You're definitely right. The whole situation looks really awful. I feel really sorry about that, believe me... I think explaining anything might just cause even worse feelings, so I won't do that... Let's do it like this... We'll send you your materials along with the payment back. When the albums are ready you'll get them as well. There's a lot of shit happened over here recently and I don't want to make you the part of it...
Anyway you'll get your master and dollars back in about 2 weeks, man.
Sorry again, hopefully it's gonna be some kind of reasonable solution in this situation.
